
Hey y’all, I’m back with some more advice! Lately, I have really been trying to get into shape, be healthier, and feel good about how I look (especially with my wedding next year!) It’s not easy to work out at home and sometimes, I can’t always make it to the gym. I had to find the motivation to work out at home and I have found the tips and tricks that really work for me when I am trying to work out at home. It has been said that it takes 21 days to form a new habit but we are gonna go above and beyond and try to make it to 30 days! I will say this: what worked for me will not work for everyone. However, if you are having a hard time trying to find motivation, try these tips and tricks. They may just be your saving grace when it comes to working out! I am not a professional trainer so please consult your doctor before trying any exercise that you have not done before!

- Motivates you to fill in the tracker as the days go on
- Take progress pictures
- Set Up a Routine & Stick to It
- Draft a schedule that works to fit in 30 minute workout
- Make it realistic
- Start out light and increase your goal as you build your habit
- I.e – 30 min workout (10 minute stretch/ 20 min workout)
- Make It Fun!
- Find a challenge that speaks to you
- Abs Challenge
- 75 Soft Challenge
- 100 Squat Challenge
- Utilize Active Recovery Over Off Days
- An object in motion tends to stay in motion while an object at rest tends to stay at rest
- low-intensity exercise that promotes blood flow to the muscles, helping them to recover better and faster.

- walking/ jogging
- Active recovery gives your body a break from hardcore workouts done during the week
- Still working and not missing any days
Exercising is a great way to boost your morale and mental health. Of course, it is great for you physically too.
